Combined Basic Movements

White Belt

Start : Begin with Chunbi position. Face B.

Movement 1: tum 90 degrees left, moving right foot out into a left walking stance facing towards L1 and execute an outer forearm downward block.

Movement 2: step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and punch with right fist to middle section.

Movement 3: turn 90 degrees anti-clockwise facing C and sliding back with the right foot to B. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 4: step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and punch with right fist to middle section.

Movement 5: turn 90 degrees anti-clockwise facing R1 and sliding back with the right foot to L1. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 6: step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and punch with right fist to middle section.

Movement 7: turn 90 degrees anti-clockwise facing R1 and sliding back with the right foot to L1. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 8: step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and punch with right fist to middle section. Shout "Ki hop!"

Movement 9: slide back with the right foot to A, facing B in a ready stance.

Movement 10: tum 90 degrees right, moving left foot out into a right walking stance facing towards R1 and execute an outer forearm downward block.

Movement 11: step forward with left foot into a left walking stance facing R1 and punch with left fist to middle section.

Movement 12: turn 90 degrees clockwise facing C and sliding back with the left foot to B. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 13: step forward with left foot into a left walking stance facing R1 and punch with left fist to middle section.

Movement 14: turn 90 degrees clockwise facing L1 and sliding back with the left foot to R1. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 15: step forward with left foot into a left walking stance facing L1 and punch with left fist to middle section.

Movement 16 : turn 90 degrees clockwise facing B and sliding back with the left foot to C. Execute a outer forearm downward block.

Movement 17: step forward with left foot into a left walking stance facing B and punch with left fist to middle section. Yell, "Ki hop!"

Movement 18: slide back with the left foot to A, facing B in a ready stance.

Movement 19: step into left forward stance by moving the right foot to C and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 20: step forward with right foot towards B and execute a raising kick

Movement 20a: step into right forward stance by moving the right foot to B and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 21: step forward with left foot towards B and execute a raising kick

Movement 21a: step into left forward stance by moving the left foot to B and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 22: step forward with right foot towards B and execute a raising kick.

Movement 22a: step into right forward stance by moving the right foot to B and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 23: turn anti-clockwise, into a right forward stance facing B and execute a twin outer forearm outward block

Movement 24: step forward with right foot towards C and execute a raising kick.

Movement 24a: step into right forward stance by moving the right foot to C and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 25: step forward with left foot towards C and execute a raising kick.

Movement 25a: step into left forward stance by moving the left foot to C and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 26: step forward with right foot towards C and execute a raising kick.

Movement 26a: step into right forward stance by moving the right foot to C and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Movement 27: shift the left foot towards L1 into a left forward stance facing B and execute a twin outer forearm outward block.

Face B in a ready position.
