 STF Strengths Ties With Korea

MR JOHN LIM, President of the Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF), and Mr Lim Teong Chin, STF Secretary, were in Seoul, Korea from 24 to 28 August 1998 to discuss further ties with their counterparts from Korea Taekwondo Association (KTA). KTA agreed to support the efforts of STF to achieve taekwondo excellence in Singapore' Among other things, they would be sending their top coaches to teach our local coaches the latest techniques and strategies.

During their visit which coincided with the Exchange Programme (see story on Singapore Exponents Go To Korea), STF and the Singapore Sports Council officials paid a courtesy call on the following:
