Could this be Robin Hood battling Little John		 CHANGKAT CC emerged victorious in the  inaugural Ocean Cup Taekwondo  Tournament 1997. The tournament was  divided into two series, the first was held on  19-20 July and the second, 15-16  November. Changkat led from the start,  chalking up a 55-point difference over their  nearest challengers Pasir Ris South at the  end of the first series. In the second series,  Changkat continued where they left off, its  juniors dominating with ruthless efficiency  as they doubled their lead at the top. As main  organisers of the event, they must be doubly  happy with the result.
