The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) Blackbelt Club (BBC) started the new millennium with a poomsae semiar for examiners and senior members at the Jalan Besar Community Club (home of BBC) on 2 January 2000. The seminar, which attracted 22 participants, was conducted by Mr Chin Kee Shin and Mr R A Jeyaraman, both senior members of the STF.
