CONGRATULATIONS 


Dr S Vasoo, Honorary 3rd Dan.		 THE following were conferred honorary blackbeits by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the promotion and development of taekwondo in Singapore.

Mr Wong Kan Seng -- 5th Dan
Dr S Vasoo -- 3rd Dan
Mr Dennis Foo -- 3rd Dan
Mr Soh Chye Ker -- 1st Dan
Mr Steven Chong -- 1st Dan

Pervious recipents of the honour include Dr Tony Tan, 2nd Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, MP for Cheng San GRC, Dr Tan holds a 4th Dan whle Mr Heng has a 3rd Dan.
