Physical training by chief coach Terence Tan		 THE People's Association Holiday Camp at Punggol Point was probably the safest place to be between 22-26 December 1997. The reason - 25 trainees and 5 coaches had gathered for an in-camp training session under the SPEX 2000 Taekwondo Training Scheme.

 
Unlike their normal club training, the exponents here were introduced to different specialist coaches, including a number of them who are national coaches. Training was almost at full intensity, although many of the trainees were injured after the recent Europa Cup tournament.

Countdown for Christmas!
Countdown for Christmas!		 Despite the outward bound style training, everyone took time off to celebrate Christmas on 25 December before the camp ended the following day. It is hoped that such intensive training porgramme are held more often in the future.
